The School of the Secret Hand
The School of the Secret Hand combines the philosophy and grading system of the martial arts
to the teaching of sleight of hand magic. The Secret Hand School is dedicated to promoting the art of magic as both
a hobby and a way of life to people of all ages.
The
School of the Secret Hand Arts Education Program is designed to teach the art of magic using theatre principles
and magic apparatus. The goal of this program is to teach students how to express themselves through the magical
arts. Magic develops hand eye coordination, builds self esteem, and is a great introduction into the world of theatre and
public speaking. Magic arts education can be presented in a variety of settings which can include. A one time lecture, demonstration, and performance A one time workshop Multiple - Workshops and Classes After school programs Special education activities Full or part time residencies Summer camp activities School assemblies Group or private lessons
The Objective of the Secret Hand School is to develop knowledge

Magic for the non-magician is a program designed to enhance communication skills for working professionals
in all types of occupations. At the School of the Secret Hand you will learn the fundamentals of magic and many magic
effects which appear to require a lot of skill and hours of practice yet can be mastered in a short period of time. You
will also learn how to present and entertain with magic.The use of magic has had proven success in the following fields.

for some going to see a doctor or a dentist can be a very unnerving experience an anxious patient can be put at ease with
a magic trick or two. Occupational therapists have had great success using magic as a therapeutic aid. The movements required

Learn the Art of Entertaining with Balloons
Balloon Art Workshops and classes
Using a balloon as your medium you will learn to make basic shapes followed
by improvising your own designs as well as advanced creations. Balloon art develops motor skills, self-confidence,
promotes creativity and the use of the imagination. These workshops are hands on and can be done in groups both large and
small. Balloon art can be taught at beginning, intermediate and advanced levels.
This Workshop will help participants develop - Motor Skills-by simultaneously twisting the Balloon and
using your imagination you are developing hand mind coordination.
